Featured Member Artist Page & Gallery Submission

IMPORTANT: This form is for inclusion in the NEW website gallery and featured member artist pages. Images from the previous website will not be used here because those were much smaller images. This means that if you're already in the gallery and/or have an artist page on the old AAWV website, you still need to submit your images, bio, etc., here for inclusion on this new website.

PREPARE IN ADVANCE

YOU WILL NEED: 4 images of your work, a photo of yourself, a brief bio, and an artistic statement. These fields are all required. The images will be uploaded. The bio and artistic statement can either be typed into the field or copy/pasted.

EXTRA INFO: We have provided form fields for extra information such as the venues that have exhibited your work, other art organizations that you belong to, the contact info you want to share on this public page including your website and social links, and other pertinent information about you as an artist. These fields are not required but we encourage you to fill them out!

IMAGE LIMIT and FORMAT: Please submit 4 images. Files should be JPG format.

RENAME: Before submitting your art files, please rename the file to add your name to the beginning of the filename followed by a simple word to describe the image. Words in the filename should be separated by either a dash or underscore. Example: Joan-Smith-forest.jpg

SIZE: Ensure that the file is the proper size and dimensions. Minimum size is 1,000 pixels on the longest side. Maximum file size in pixels is no more than 2,000 pixels on the longest side. Files should be 72 DPI.
